NDIS physiotherapy in Goulburn.

NDIS-funded physiotherapy at our Goulburn clinic, for participants working on movement, pain, and daily function goals already set out in their plan. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can book straight in; if the NDIA manages your plan, you'll need a registered provider — we'll check where we stand before your first visit. Everything from the first assessment onward is tied to the goals in your plan, and nothing costs more than the NDIS price guide.

How it works

NDIS-funded physiotherapy, step by step.

  1. Check how your plan is managed

Plan-managed and self-managed participants can book straight in. If the NDIA manages your plan, you'll need a registered provider — we'll check where we stand for your situation before the first appointment.

  2. Service agreement, sent before you start

A short agreement sets out the work, the hours set aside, and cancellation terms. Nothing costs more than the NDIS price guide.

  3. First appointment is an assessment

We look at what's going on, what you want to be able to do, and how that lines up with the goals already in your plan. Treatment starts from there — usually under Improved Daily Living or Improved Health and Wellbeing.

  4. Treatment against your plan goals

Sessions build toward what's written in your plan, not a generic program. Your physio adjusts the approach as you progress.

  5. Reports and plan reviews, handled

Progress reports and plan-review letters are written as part of your agreed hours. At each review we talk through what's been done and what's worth asking for next.

Before you come in

What to have ready.

  • Your NDIS number
  • A copy of your current plan, or at least the funded-supports section
  • Your plan manager's name and email, if your plan is plan-managed
  • A sentence on what you'd like to work on

Common questions

Questions we get asked a lot.

  • Do I need a referral to see a physio under NDIS?

No referral is needed to book. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can book straight in; if your plan is NDIA-managed, you'll need a registered provider — we'll check where we stand for your situation before your first visit.

  • Does physiotherapy need separate approval from the NDIA?

If it's already funded under your plan's Capacity Building supports, no extra approval step is needed — we work to the goals already set out in your plan. We send a short service agreement covering the work, hours, and cancellation terms before your first appointment, and nothing costs more than the NDIS price guide.

  • Who writes the progress reports for my plan review?

We do. Reporting time is built into your agreed hours, so progress notes and plan-review letters don't need to be booked or paid for separately. Before each plan review we talk through what's been done and what's worth asking for next.

  • What if my plan isn't sorted yet, or I'm not sure how it's managed?

Get in touch anyway. Bring whatever you have — your NDIS number or a copy of the plan is a good start — and we'll work out together whether you can book straight in or need a quick check first.
