NDIS exercise physiology in Goulburn.

NDIS-funded exercise physiology at our Goulburn clinic, for participants managing a chronic condition, rebuilding strength after injury or surgery, or working toward the goals set out in their plan. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can book straight in; where the NDIA manages the plan, we check where we stand as a registered provider before the first visit. From there, everything — the assessment, the treatment, the reports — is built around the goals already in your plan.

How it works

NDIS-funded exercise physiology, step by step.

  1. Check your plan type

Plan-managed and self-managed participants can book straight in. If the NDIA manages your plan, we check where we stand as a registered provider for your situation before your first visit.

  2. Service agreement first

We send a short agreement before your first appointment covering the work, the hours set aside, and cancellation terms. Nothing costs more than the NDIS price guide.

  3. Initial assessment against your goals

Your first appointment looks at what's going on, what you want to be able to do, and how that lines up with the goals already in your plan. Treatment starts from there.

  4. Reports built into your hours

Progress reports and plan-review letters — and the time to write them — are part of your agreed hours. At each plan review we go through what's been done and what to ask for next.

Before you come in

What to have ready.

  • A sentence on what you'd like to work on

Common questions

Questions we get asked a lot.

  • Do I need a referral for NDIS exercise physiology?

No referral is required to book. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can book straight in. If the NDIA manages your plan, we check where we stand as a registered provider for your situation before your first appointment.

  • What if the NDIA manages my plan, not a plan manager?

We're required to be a registered provider to see NDIA-managed participants, so we check where we stand for your situation first. Plan-managed and self-managed bookings don't need this check and can go straight in.

  • What does exercise physiology under NDIS actually cover?

It sits under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living and Improved Health and Wellbeing — and is tied to the goals already in your plan. Your first appointment is an assessment against those goals, and treatment is built from there.

  • Who writes my progress reports and plan-review letters?

We do. Progress reports, plan-review letters, and the time to write them are built into your agreed hours, and at each plan review we talk through what's been done and what to ask for next.
