- PhoneCall (02) 4822 0144 and ask for the lead clinician in the relevant service — they can take the details over the phone and the paperwork can follow.
- EmailSend the referral letter to info@goulburnhealththerapy.com.au. We confirm receipt within one business day.
- Secure messagingHealthLink and Medical Objects both work — search for our clinic by name. If it's not coming up, please email us for the current routing details.
- FaxStill supported. Email us for the current fax number — we check the line a few times a day.
