We collect personal and health information necessary to provide allied health services to you. This includes name, contact details, date of birth, Medicare or other funder details, GP and referring practitioner details, and clinical information relevant to your care.
How we use it
We use your information to provide health services, communicate with you about appointments, bill the relevant funder, and meet our legal and professional obligations as registered health practitioners.
Who we share with
With your consent, we share clinical information with your GP, referring practitioner, or relevant insurer (Medicare, private health, WorkCover, CTP, DVA, NDIS). We do not sell or rent personal information.
