CTP physiotherapy in Goulburn.

CTP covers physiotherapy after a car accident in NSW, and we see CTP patients at our Goulburn clinic every week. Call us and say it's CTP — we'll help you get started, even if your claim isn't sorted yet. Early on, most treatment is pre-approved up to a set amount, and we confirm the current rules with your insurer at booking.

How it works

CTP-funded physiotherapy, step by step.

  1. Call us

For a NSW car accident, CTP covers treatment. Call us and we'll help you get moving — you don't need your claim fully sorted before the first visit.

  2. Book in as CTP

When you book, just say it's CTP. We'll confirm with your insurer what's needed from there.

  3. Early-treatment window

In the first few months after the accident, most treatment is pre-approved up to a set amount. We confirm the current rules with your insurer when you book.

  4. Assessment and treatment

Your physio assesses the injury, works hands-on, and builds an exercise plan to get you moving again — the same clinical approach as any physiotherapy appointment.

  5. Approval after that, plus reports

Once the early-treatment window closes, ongoing sessions need insurer approval. Your physio prepares the treatment plan and progress reports that support continued care, and we send updates to the insurer as part of the normal claim review.

Common questions

Questions we get asked a lot.

  • Can I start physio before my CTP claim is finalised?

Yes. The claim doesn't need to be fully sorted before your first visit — call us and we'll help you get started. Just say it's CTP when you book.

  • Does CTP treatment need insurer approval?

In the first few months after the accident, most treatment is pre-approved up to a set amount, and we confirm the current rules with your insurer when you book. Once that early-treatment window closes, ongoing sessions need the insurer's approval.

  • Who prepares the reports for my insurer?

Your physiotherapist prepares the treatment plan and progress reports that support continued care, and we send updates to the insurer as part of the normal claim review.

  • What does a CTP physiotherapy appointment actually involve?

The same clinical care as any physiotherapy appointment — assessment, hands-on treatment, and exercise to help you get moving again.
